ROUSSELOT, JEAN - GENERAL EDITOR - Medicine in Art - A Cultural History

McGraw-Hill, 1966. 1966. Hardcover with dust jacket. Hardback, 4to, appx 10 3/8 x 12 5/8 inches, 333 pages, VG in Perhaps Good dj (dj in new protective mylar). Book itself: back cover only has a very slight bow to it + a very light degree of rubbing at tips (but cloth just through at one corner & a tiny spot through at heel of spine). Binding solid, hinges intact. Ochre endpapers with gift inscription in ballpoint (referencing Dartmouth) to upper corner of FFEP. DJ not price-clipped and is mostly whole with only one small chip out at top corner of back panel and another small chip out at head of spine, however the dj did have about 8 edge tears (carefully reclosed using tape to the unprinted side of the dj). DJ not looking too bad at all beneath the mylar, having a mostly very nice front panel and with the edge tears having been of only an inch or less in length, excepting one of about two inches that came down from the head of spine and ran across the spine. (Again, jacket tears have been reclosed + a little cosmetic stippling has been used to some of the black background areas where tears had exposed the white paper.) , Very Good/Good.
