Also included the separately issued: Register zum Gutenberg-Jahrbuch 1926-1975 (1981). Ex libris Bernard M. Rosenthal, with his occasional book tickets on the lower inner edges of the front covers. .

All prices are net in U.S. dollars. Payments may be made via VISA, MasterCard, or dollar check payable via an American bank. California customers will be charged 9.25% state sales tax.

Books shipped within the United States will be sent via media mail at $4.00 for the first book ($3.00 per book for additional books on the same order). Priority mail in the United States costs $6.00 for the first book ($4.00 per book for additional books). All books to customers outside of the United States will be shipped via airmail. The airmail costs will be dependent upon the weight and desired arrival speed of the shipment. At the time of order, we will contact the foreign customer via email with the various shipping options and costs. Any book may be returned within one week of receipt.
