, ca1815. Lettera manoscritta (19x27 cm) di 7-(1) pagina, perfettamente leggibile, sulla parte destra dei fogli (l'ultima pagina è bianca). Firmata in fine Pietro Pichi, Direttore delle Finanze in Ancona. Senza data, ma attorno al 1815. Il Pichi fa un breve riassunto di come ha trovato il suo ufficio dopo il ritorno dell'autorità pontificia e la sconfitta dei francesi (due impiegati “stranieri” furono rinviati al loro paese), ma si lamenta della confusione e degli sprechi portati dalle nuove direttive su dazi e finanze. Propone al governo pontificio una riorganizzazione in materia e l'istituzione di uno specifico Ministero a Roma.
