Legatura coeva in tutta pergamena con laccioli; qualche usura, peraltro condizioni molto buone per questa prima edizione dell'opera di economia più famosa della Spagna settecentesca. “Il Campomanes (1723-1803) fu ministro dell'economia e e governatore del Consiglio di Castiglia, favorì le riforme che caratterizzarono il regno di Carlo III. Nei suoi scritti politici ed economici (Tratado de la regalía de amortización, 1764; Discurso sobre el fomento de la industria popular, 1774) si ispirò alle dottrine illuministiche francesi e a Turgot”.
