Una firma a matita alla pagina bianca. Legatura coeva in mezza pelle con titolo e fregi dorati al dorso. Qualche fioritura, peraltro condizioni molto buone. Famoso manuale di vita in un'azienda agricola nei suoi diversi aspetti: coltivazione, cibo, bestiame, contabilità; una tavola di conversione di misure agrarie, pesi e monete, un elenco di termini ''colla corrispondenza del vernacolo usato dai nostri villici'', infine un indice alfabetico di tutte le materie trattate
