Red coloured boards with black coloured titles to the spine. Colour illustrated dustwrapper with black and dark pink coloured titles to the front panel and back strip. There is no easily ascertained date of this book's printing, but on the verso of the rear panel it states "Made and printed in Great Britain by Purnell and Sons, Ltd, Paulton (Somerset) and London”, with no SBN. Softening and rubbing of the back strip edges; with, bumping off the top book corners and rubbing of the lower book edges. Tanning of the text block edges and pages. Chipping of the dustwrapper corners and there are some pieces missing from the back strip edge. Top dustwrapper edge shows some creasing with rubbing of the panels and fading of the back strip.
