Illustrated with 37 chromo-lithographed sheets, printed on both sides totaling 74 color pages, along with mostly black-and-white ads and an index. A series of beautiful chromolithographs that chronicle both sides of the main thoroughfare of Broadway from Steamship Row and Bowling Green to 59th Street. A scarce and important block-by-block record of what Broadway looked like at the turn of the 20th century. Contents clean with old dampstain at bottom margin not affecting images; covers with slight loss and some staining. Very Good in a worn folder .
