Ginsberg, Allen; Olson, Phil et al. - Dime Bag. Volume 1 No. 1 Buffalo, Mattern Plus Two Studios, Publisher, 1968. Tabloid. no date, presumed 1968. Tabloid newspaper format. 8 pp. A few illustrations throughout. First issue of this shortlived, and obscure underground paper from Buffalo, New York. Like most, it contained articles on counterculture, social justice and anti-Vietnam War. This issue includes a reprinted piece by Allen Ginsberg, "Reflections on the Mantra," as well as a rear cover illustrated piece urging the boycott of Coca Cola to put pressure on them to end the war. FAIR condition. Four inch half moon piece missing from the upper fore edge, due to unfortunate rodent snacking. This has resulted in minor loss of text to the Ginsberg and a few other pieces. General toning. Minor soiling. Faint fold crease present. Tear at the center fore edge. Fair .
