No Place, Black Panther Party, presumed Publisher. Unbound. No place or date. New York: no date, perhaps 1970. Single sheet, legal sized. A flier discussing the halt of the preliminary hearing of the 13 Black Panthers on trial, asserting that the reason was because the judges could not, essentially, control the narrative, and that the Black Panthers were winning in court. The Panther 21 were members of the New York Black Panther Party accused of planning attacks on New York police in 1969. They were all eventually acquitted. GOOD+ condition. Horizontal fold crease present. Minor wrinkling and creasing. Good .

Shipping rates provided upon request based on the country of receipt. Wherever possible, we ship using first class international for $25.00, or the flat rate priority envelope through the US Post which costs $35.00. Return policy:
Any book may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund of book price. Buyer responsible for return shipping. For books misdescribed, or for wrong books sent, or any other errors on our part, we will refund book price plus return cost of shipping.
