A flyer promoting a book reading by Angela Davis at Plummer Park, Fiesta Hall in West Hollywood on October 1st, 1994. She was to read from her book "Ma Rainey, Bessie Smith and Billie Holiday: Black Women's Music and Social Consciousness." If you are not familiar with Angela Davis, as the flyer notes, she is known "for her ongoing contributions to the movement for racial equality, women's rights and world peace." VERY GOOD condition. Minor wrinkling and curling along the right edge. Very Good .

We charge a media ship rate of $4.50 for the first book plus $2.00 per each additional books. We ship internationally with the US post office. Shipping rates provided upon request based on the country of receipt. Wherever possible, we ship using first class international for $25.00, or the flat rate priority envelope through the US Post which costs $35.00. This is subject to change based on country being shipped to or size of book, so please contact to confirm rate.

Return policy:
Any book may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund of book price. Buyer responsible for return shipping. For books misdescribed, or for wrong books sent, or any other errors on our part, we will refund book price plus return cost of shipping.
