Single issue of this newspaper devoted to issues facing working artists, from health hazards to labor disputes, fair pay, censorship, housing, issues faced by women artists and artists of color, etc. The paper did not review or critique art. This issue with a piece on New York artists organizing to receive CETA jobs, the potential of cable television to help artists in the film and video industry, etc. The Foundation for the Community of Artists was founded in 1971 as an organization that supported working artists. It ceased operations around 1991. GOOD condition. Horizontal fold crease present. Moderate toning. A few minor creases. Good .

We charge a media ship rate of $4.50 for the first book plus $2.00 per each additional books. We ship internationally with the US post office. Shipping rates provided upon request based on the country of receipt. Wherever possible, we ship using first class international for $25.00, or the flat rate priority envelope through the US Post which costs $35.00. This is subject to change based on country being shipped to or size of book, so please contact to confirm rate.

Return policy:
Any book may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund of book price. Buyer responsible for return shipping. For books misdescribed, or for wrong books sent, or any other errors on our part, we will refund book price plus return cost of shipping.
