An account, through the printing of actual court proceedings, of the trial of the Chicago 8, which included Bobby Seale, Abbie Hoffman, Jerry Rubin, who were accused of conspiracy and inciting a riot (among other things) for their roles in the protests of the 1968 Democratic Convention in Chicago. With some commentary on the proceedings, highlighting the bias of the court in this case. FAIR condition. A rather worn copy. Vertical bend/fold to the center, making the binding somewhat curled. General toning, some soiling and edgewear. Some creasing to the covers. Dampstaining along the extremities, affecting the margins of the first half of the book. Fair .

Return policy:
