Last several pages are devoted to advertising, including a three page section advertising homes to be given away by the Belt Railway Land and Improvement Company. This includes illustrations of the homes, and a rear page with map the region of Indiana where LaFayette is located, touting its perks. GOOD condition. Moderate to heavy toning, minor soiling and edgewear. Paper rather brittle. Good .

We will ship the book upon receipt of payment.
We charge a media ship rate of $4.50 for the first book plus $2.00 per each additional books. We ship internationally with the US post office. Shipping rates provided upon request based on the country of receipt. Wherever possible, we ship using first class international for $25.00, or the flat rate priority envelope through the US Post which costs $35.00. This is subject to change based on country being shipped to or size of book, so please contact to confirm rate.

Return policy:
Any book may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund of book price. Buyer responsible for return shipping. For books misdescribed, or for wrong books sent, or any other errors on our part, we will refund book price plus return cost of shipping.
