Hardbacks, 4to, red titles on light gray paper covered boards with blue cloth backstrips, each volume About VG without dustjacket. Interiors generally very nice. Boards have a little added character (light surface wear, a few tiny droplets, one lower board surface scrape). Backstrips lightly rubbed at ends. Light corner bumps + lower corners of each lower board chipped. Volume I (casebound, pp xvi + 102) illustrated with photos, indexed. Volume II (encased spiral binding) has 58 numbered maps (a large portion of which fold out and are printed in at least 2 and 3-color) with 3 of the 58 maps in pocket at rear. SIGNED Presentation Inscription to FFEP of Vol. I: "To Xxx Zzz with best wishes & gratitude for all he contributed to the Department of Civic Design during the years 1955-57 - also to Yyy Zzz for helping him.
