Mayes, Principal Chief Cherokee Nation, and others, rejecting a proposed amendment to a bill that would establish a territorial government in lands owned by the Cherokee Nation. Mayes cites various treaties, asserting that despite some lands being unoccupied, the still fall under the jurisdiction of the Cherokee. FAIR condition. Return policy:
Any book may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund of book price. Buyer responsible for return shipping. For books misdescribed, or for wrong books sent, or any other errors on our part, we will refund book price plus return cost of shipping.
