Torino, Pomba, 1840. Un volume (12x20,5 cm) di 472 pagine + bella CARTA TOPOGRAFICA ripiegata in fine (35x51 cm). Incisione del Caval d'bronz alla pagina di titolo. Fioriture diffuse soprattutto nella prima parte. Bella legatura coeva in mezza pelle, dorso liscio ornato e dorato, piatti con carta marmorizzata. Si tratta della edizione commerciale, seguita nello stesso anno alla prima “di lusso” che “nè si vende ma solo si dona”, come spiega l'editore Pomba nell'Avviso. Questa seconda edizione è peraltro uguale alla prima (tranne per particolari tipografici) e comprende in fine la grande carta topografica di Torino, incisa da Angelo Biasioli su disegno di G. B. Maggi. (Peyrot II 430).
