The piece discusses the quality of housing and state of repair, and includes a section on African-American housing and how poverty affected living conditions. Issued by the Southern Regional Council, an organization founded in 1944 in order to fight for racial equality and combat racial violence. GOOD condition. General toning, minor soiling and some wrinkling/creasing. Good .

We charge a media ship rate of $4.50 for the first book plus $2.00 per each additional books. We ship internationally with the US post office. Shipping rates provided upon request based on the country of receipt. Wherever possible, we ship using first class international for $25.00, or the flat rate priority envelope through the US Post which costs $35.00. Return policy:
Any book may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund of book price. Buyer responsible for return shipping. For books misdescribed, or for wrong books sent, or any other errors on our part, we will refund book price plus return cost of shipping.
