No Place, Cornell University Library, Publisher. Trade Paperback. No place or date. Trade paperback. 176 pp. A facsimile reproduction, digitized from Cornell University's library, reproducing the 1866 original work. This primarily consists of the testimony of Thomas T. Craven at his trial where he was accused of not taking all actions possible to overtake, capture or destroy a vessel it was his duty to encounter. This occured in March of 1865, when he commanded the Niagara, and apparently failed to make any effort to encounter the Stonewall, an enemy ship off the coast of Spain. This was presumably at the end of the Civil War. GOOD+ condition. Sticker residue on the rear cover. Some curling to the covers along the fore edge. Good .
