Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Disbound, probably removed from a volume where it was bound in with similar short works. Now housed in a tan rough cloth covered cardboard jacket and then in a blue cloth covered slipcase; 171 pages, [1 advertisements]. Lacks front end papers, title page detached but present, signatures not bound together, previous owner's name in ink top of title page, rear free end paper nearly detached, the words "Union Library" written at top of rear end paper but no other indication that this came from a library, a few other faded words on same page; pages toned and corners turned up, title page chipped along all edges, some writing in one blank margin, otherwise free of markings.
