Coverage of the Altai in Siberia, new expeditions to the Andes, the Caucasus, Drakensburg mountains, 1st asent of Mount Fay, the Jungfrau, Monte Rosa, Nun Kun, Llliwedd (Wales) and etc with authors C.E.Mathews, C.F.Meade, J.Norman Collie, Godfrey Solly, Douglas W. Freshfield and etc. A very good copy bound in the standard gilt Alpine Club binding with bright gilt illustration on front board . The book is tight and clean with no significant marks or signatures apart from a small owners signature (A Neil Milne) opposite the title page. A little very scattered foxing though the plate of Leslie Stephen is foxed. All other photographic plates in fine condition. See scans. Heavy book - may require a postal supplement at cost. .
