Beige cloth in tissue paper jacket. 152 pp. Black and white illustrations throughout. A reprint of the original 1915 issue of this work. A detailed history of the origin and evolution in design of the player piano, drawing primarily on registered patents accompanied by historical and explanatory text. The author is credited as being the inventor of the automatic player piano. Book in GOOD+ condition, with the wrapper in GOOD condition. Wrapper browned, with some staining to the front panel. Some creasing and minor tearing, mostly along the extremities, with minor loss at the head and tail of the spine. Uneven fading, minor soiling and edgewear to the book. Light foxing to the page edges. Good/Good.

Return policy:
