Robert and William Riddell, 1795. . Large Original coloured aquatint of Castle Stalker, Appin, Scotland. The cartouche reads: This Plate representing Castle Stalcher, the Island of Lismore inscribed by his His Grace's most Humble Servant, Robert Andrew Riddell. The Castle was restored some years ago. Size frame 30 x 27.5 (76x70cms) ; print size 19x 16 (48x41cms). Undated but 1795. In VG condition in glazed frame - but a small spot of staining of the mount only bottom right. This print with glazing will be difficut to post - but can be delivered free of charge within a 30 mile radius of Castle Stalker. See scans.Can be posted abroad at cost without the frame.
