Citing Mill and others, Warner asserts that the preservation a pure gold standard hurts the United States and its economy, through loss involved in paying off debts with gold not directly associated with commerce. GOOD condition. Heavy browning to the piece, with minor pencil notations at the upper front cover. Minor creasing, wrinkling and soiling. A few small tears along the extremities. Good .

Return policy:
