New York, Grosset and Dunlap, 1933. Cloth. Beige/brown cloth in unclipped dust jacket. First printing jacket(which was issued on all three variants of the 1933 printing) on a second printing book. Jacket with a white spine and first style jacket art. Book with orange Gretta endpapers and titles as given in Carpentieri's record 1933B-2 (page 205 in Carpentieri and Mular). The twelfth book in the classic Hardy Boys series. GOOD jacket on a VERY GOOD book. Minor to moderate darkening to the rear jacket panel and spine. Minor soiling with minor to moderate scuffing. Extremities of the jacket scuffed, with the corners worn and some fraying, chipping and minor tearing to the head and foot. Three small tears along the extremity, with minor associated creasing. Minor fading, scuffing and soiling to the book. Minor edgewear, with light bumping to the corners. Light soiling to the page edges, with a small stain to the lower page edges and one at the upper page edges near the spine. Neither affects the interior. Interior solid with minor general browning to the paper and very minor scattered soiling. A few pages with dog ear creases. (Carpentieri p. 205. Axe p. 98). Very Good/Good.

We will ship the book upon receipt of payment.
We charge a media ship rate of $4.50 for the first book plus $2.00 per each additional books. We ship internationally with the US post office. Shipping rates provided upon request based on the country of receipt. Wherever possible, we ship using first class international for $25.00, or the flat rate priority envelope through the US Post which costs $35.00. This is subject to change based on country being shipped to or size of book, so please contact to confirm rate.

Return policy:
Any book may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund of book price. Buyer responsible for return shipping. For books misdescribed, or for wrong books sent, or any other errors on our part, we will refund book price plus return cost of shipping.
