Washington DC, Government printing Office, 1879. Original Wraps. 8pp. An argument for funding for the general land office, asserting that it is responsible for the people on public lands in territories not yet under any state's jurisdiction and thus needed funds to adequately address the needs of those who would otherwise have little or no other recourse. In GOOD condition. Heavy foxing/offsetting along the upper front cover edge, with a small area of browning/foxing to the rear cover. Some browning along the extremities. Minor soiling and edgewear. Interior clean and solid. Good .
