Each letter is identical to the ones published by Jean François Jolly, and bear his name at the end of each letter (including the historiated woodcut initials). The preface, though identically worded, is typographically reset, The large vignette at the beginning of the preface has also been replaced. Since Guerin's life or working life covers the span 1759 to 1790, this edition must have been printed either in 1759 or any time before 1790. A highly uncommon item in very good condition.
