Panas Fedenko (1893 - 1981) was a Ukrainian author, publicist, historian, and political activist. He was a member of the Ukrainian Social Democratic Workers' Party (USDRP) and the Central Rada in 1917 and 1918, a delegate to the Labor Congress in 1919, and a USDRP representative to the Socialist International. After the Revolution, he lived and worked in Prague, London, and Munich, writing numerous books on Ukraine's Liberaton Movement, as well as short historical novels, including the current one. Fair .
