(ca 1812); 5 1/2 x 2 3/4; pp. [24]; yellow, plain, paper-over-card-stock wraps; illustrated with half-page woodcuts; a few small rubbed spots to wraps; a small chip and a closed cut to tail of spine; in good to very good condition. An early-19th-century children's book, it contained short lines of moral and practical advice, sayings, etc. - each one illustrated with a corresponding engraving. (Rosenbach 466). Good .
