An interesting piece of ephemera, published as an advertisement for the California Preserves Co. and their products, the booklet contained numerous recipes for hors d'oeuvres, desserts, soups, and so on. It also offered gift packages and baskets and a chart for properly combining various cuts of meat and fish with CalPre products. Very good .
