Scale six chains to the inch. Some hand-colouring. Has been folded. Includes a panel with details of field and property sizes. The plan contains information on land ownership, and also shows canals, a railway and individual properties. The railway is the London and North Western, which is shown going under the Birmingham Canal in what appears to be a short tunnel. The Birmingham canal is joined by the Bentley branch to the north and an area termed Bowman's Harbour lies between canal and railway. VG condition. Very Good.
