Lithographed by Standidge and published for the House of Commons by Hansard. On paper size 82 by 53 cm. Scale 50 feet to the mile. A detailed plan of the land east of Chancery Lane and either side of Fetter Lane to the north of Fleet Street. The plans are superimposed on the streets around Cliffords Inn and St. Dunstan's Church. Hand-coloured. Has been folded. Cropped tightly to the left margin and with a small closed tear to one edge. A colour-coded key explains the ownership of the various estates. VG condition. Plan no. III as above on paper size 51 by 40 cm. Scale 50 feet to the inch. A plan of the proposed Public Record Office in the Rolls Estate between Carey Street St Dunstan's Clifford's Inn and a rebuilt Fetter Lane.
