Unclaimed Parcels
Unclaimed or undeliverable parcel returns that have been sent to the correct address will have the item cost refunded or can be reshipped upon payment of a reshipping charge. Shipping costs of unclaimed parcel returns will not be refunded.
Missing Parcels
If you have not received your parcel and it has been longer than 10 business days for Australian deliveries or 20 business days for International deliveries contact us so that we can open an investigation. It is very rare for our parcels to go missing. Your package is most likely awaiting collection at your local post office or has been delayed in customs.
Missing parcels will be replaced or refunded in full. Replacements or refunds for missing parcels will not be issued until Australia Post has concluded an investigation. International investigation times can vary. As per the Universal Postal Union Agreement international partners have up to 60 days to investigate. Rest assured we care about your order’s safe arrival. We are always available to answer your questions and thank you for your patience while investigations are ongoing.

Change of mind returns can be initiated within 30 days. Return shipping in these cases is at your own expense. Provided the item is received in the same condition it was sent out in, you will receive a refund for the item price, shipping costs will not be refunded for change of mind returns. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product, or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft, or damaged goods during transit & therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.
