Paris, Renouard. 1839. Book, Map of Africa by Dufour 1839. Engraved by Desbuissons and published by Renouard Paris. On paper uncoloured and with a central fold. Size 30 cm by 24 cm. Heights shown by hachuring. Very detailed coastline but as one might expect there is considerably less detail inland south of the Sahara. Scales are in French leagues and marine leagues. VG condition with occasional small foxing spots in sea areas. Images available.
