Since 1980 Inprint has run a lively open shop, full of attractive and desirable books. Customers return frequently, and we have received enthusiastic reviews from the regional and national media. For the last 10 years we have also offered this friendly and professional service on the internet, and welcome phone calls and emails about our listings. We pack professionally, dispatch promptly and have long experience in international mailing.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a book, please return it. You will receive a full refund if it is returned within 10 working days and in its original condition. Postage costs are only refundable if the book is not as described or was damaged in the post. When returning a book please inform us, pack it securely (reusing the original packaging if possible) and obtain a free certificate of posting from the Post Office. This does not affect your statutory rights in any way.
Complaints
All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days. We will endeavour to resolve all disputes confidentially within 30 days.
