Registered as an online bookstore since 2002, we are based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia - our current online inventory is more than 26,000 titles.
Booksplendour offers personal service by the proprietors. We promptly answer all inquiries and, if required, we provide digital images of the books. We normally dispatch all orders on the next working day, and we use a superior packaging material for the books' protection.
The books offered for sale are all in our possession. We always maintain a large stock of British/American Fiction and of non-English Literature and translations.
Our books are offered subject to prior sale. We ship ordered books on the next working day after receiving payment. By default, international orders are sent by Economy Air or, if the buyer wishes so, Priority Air mail. Within Australia, books travel by the regular parcel post or express post, if requested.
Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, in all the major currencies. We also accept cheques, direct bank deposits, or money orders, but only in the Australian dollars, unless we have a prior arrangement with the buyer. We do not normally accept cash on mail orders, except in special cases and after an agreement.
Return Policy:
Books can be returned if they are received in a condition not as described. We must be notified by email or phone within 14 days of customer receiving book that there is a problem.
We provide a full money back guarantee, if book does not conform to our description and if returned within 14 days of receipt of complaint.
BOOKSPLENDOUR SHIPPING CHARGES:
AUSTRALIA WIDE: Parcels under 500g - A$ 7.00 (Express: $ 9.00). Parcels over 500g - A$ 10.00 (Express $12.00). There are no extra charges for books on multiple orders and no limit on number of books.
NEW ZEALAND: Parcels under 500g - A$ 13.00 economy air, A$ 16.00 express - Over 500g - A$ 15.00 A$ 19.00 express. Extra items - half the rate.
INTERNATIONAL:
Parcel under 500g (smaller paperbacks, some hardbacks) - AUD$ 16.00 (approx. 12.00 EUR, 16.00)
Parcel under 750g (larger p/b and many h/b) - AUD 19.00 (14.00 EUR)
Parcel up to 1kg (larger h/b) AUD$ 24.00 (17.00 EUR)
Shipped economy air to anywhere in the world. These figures might be subject to minor changes due to currency fluctuation.
Full Airmail is also available at a higher cost. Extra items on the same order are shipped at half the above rates. If unsure, please E-mail us for a quote.
