Payment: All sales are prepaid unless one has established an account with us. Deferred billing and payment plans can usually be arranged for larger purchases.

Returns: You may return any item described incorrectly or damaged in transit for a full refund. Please let us know if you are ever dissatisfied with any purchase from us.
Shipping (USA): We offer four choices; all include insured delivery: USPS Media rate 7 to 31 days delivery, depending upon location $4.75 for the first volume, $1.75 for per volume thereafter;
USPS Priority Mail 2 to 4 days delivery $5.95 for one average-sized volume, $3.00 per volume thereafter;
UPS Ground 2 to 8 days delivery, depending upon location $6.50 for the first volume, $2.00 per volume thereafter;
Expedited UPS or Federal Express quoted on request.
(Outside USA): For single volume orders, we offer three choices for an average-sized book up to $100:
Expedited air courier 3 to 7 days delivery $35.00 per kilogram;
Economy air approximately 8 to 16 days delivery $13;
Surface 1 to 3 months delivery $9 (at buyer's risk).
For multiple volume orders, we quote shipping charges in advance. We charge our cost plus $4.00 and when a shipping method is not requested we use the cheapest most reliable method of delivery. Our cost includes the shipper's charge plus $0.75 insurance per $100 value.
