We describe the condition of our books as accurately as we can based on general guidelines within the book trade. We use Royal Mail and post our books in jiffy bags. To reduce our carbon footprint and support recycling, where practical and possible, we recycle packing materials and jiffy bags. If you have an express wish that we only use new materials to post your books please let us know. For very heavy books or for a large order, postal costs will be more than the standard price quoted. We will always advise of additional postage costs in advance. Worldwide deliveries airmail or surface.
Returns Policy:
In the event you are not completely pleased with your purchase we are happy to offer a refund policy on the following terms:• Refund requests to be made within 7 days of receipt of your book/s. Any books returned need to be in original condition. Please request ‘proof of posting’ from the Post Office for any returned books. Only the book cost is refundable and not postage and packing. Any books damaged in the post please notify us immediately.
