Payment Methods Accepted
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Checks (drawn from a US bank), Money Orders (in US dollars), Google Checkout (send to UA-12232907) and Paypal (send to info@diatropebooks.com).
Basic shipping rates:
Orders within the US:
US$ 4.50 for first book; US$ 3.50 for each additional book (shipped via Media Mail, with Delivery Confirmation).
$9.00 for Priority Mail within the US; $7.50 for each additional book (shipped with Delivery Confirmation).
Orders shipped to California are taxed 8.5%.
Orders sent outside of the US:
Orders less than 4 lbs are either sent in a Global priority Flat Rate envelope or Air Mail Letter Post. The cost is $20.00 if they are standard size books.
Heavier and oversize books will require extra postage. Shipping prices will vary depending on weight and country. We will charge you our cost on these shipments. In the rare case where extra postage is required, we will send an email asking you to approve the additional charges before processing the order.
Please be advised that if you choose to order using a check or money order, we will ship the item(s) after we receive the funds.
We are glad to ship Express Mail, FED Ex, UPS, etc. at our cost and will send a quoted amount for your approval before shipping.
Guidelines for full and partial refunds are as follows:
FULL Refunds:
All books are returnable for a full refund if the book does not match the posted description. A full refund includes the purchase price and all shipping charges. All books qualify for a full refund if the order is cancelled before shipment commences. In the unlikely case in which a book is not received, we will issue a refund for up to 90 days after the book was shipped.
PARTIAL Refunds:
Returns initiated when the buyer decides the book is not of interest are eligible for a partial return for up to 30 days. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees for the return as well as the shipment costs paid to fulfill the order.
All books are subject to prior sale.
