Most importantly, we treat our customers the way we would want to be treated if our roles were reversed.
Most books ship the same day or within 24 business hours of receipt of payment.
Shipping within the continental USA is $3.99 (Media mail withdelivery confirmation) for first book and $1.50 for each additional book.
$6.99 for USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation and $2.00 for each additional book, but customer may be contacted to approve a higher amount for larger, heavier books.
(Shipping costs may vary depending on destination and weight.) Because international shipping rates are such a variable amount, depending on the weight of the package and the country of destination, we prefer that buyers contact us directly for options & rate quotes.
Most international purchases travel by first class international mail, which tends to be fairly fast.
We also ship by global priority, when requested. Packages in excess of $24.99 in value & all those destined for international locations are automatically insured, and this cost is passed on to the customer.
International shipping is done with the admonition that occasionally, packages are held up in the customs area of the receiving country.
We have no way of making this determination, and therefore, we are unable to intercede on behalf of our customer.
It should also be noted that we pack books extremely well.
In most cases, insurance is an extra cost, at customer's option; however, all packages shipped to addresses outside the U.S. require shipping insurance, and will be added to customer's total based on the value of the package only.
We use a third-party insurer, which keeps costs lower.
Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of book or item.
The amount you paid for the item PLUS shipping will be refunded if the book or item does not match its stated description, otherwise the amount of refund will be limited to the purchase price.
