mentioned.
ORDERS:
Prices are in Euro; handling charges incl.
Bankcosts and postage are not included in prices. Books can be ordered by E-mail, secure site, post or telephone. We will reply - by e-mail, phone or fax - to confirm availability of the book and the total costs. The books will be reserved for 14 days awaiting full payment, unless otherwise agreed on. After this period the reservation will be cancelled. The property of the goods does not pass on to the purchaser until the invoice has been paid in
full.

Alle boeken zijn compleet en in goede staat, tenzij anders aangegeven. Normale sporen van gebruik en kleine onvolkomenheden zoals potloodonderstrepingen in tekst of naam/stempel op schutblad e.d. worden doorgaans niet vermeld, tenzij storend aanwezig.
BESTELLINGEN:
Prijzen zijn in Euro's, incl. verpakkingskosten.
Verzendkosten zijn voor rekening van de klant. Bestellingen kunnen per e-mail, via de
beveiligde site, schriftelijk, of telefonisch worden geplaatst. U ontvangt per e-mail, fax of telefoon - de bevestiging of het boek op dat moment nog in voorraad is en de totale kosten.
Bestelde boeken worden 14 dagen ter beschikking gehouden in afwachting van de betaling, tenzij anders afgesproken. De boeken blijven ons eigendom tot de nota is voldaan. Bestellingen worden in volgorde van binnenkomst behandeld.

RECLAMATIES:
binnen een week na ontvangst van de boeken. Mochten een of meerdere boeken niet aan
de verwachtingen voldoen dan kunt U deze boeken binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst
terugsturen. Bij onbeschadigde terugontvangst zal het daarvoor betaalde bedrag worden
terugbetaald, met uitzondering van de door ons gemaakte verzendkosten.
VERZENDING:
Verzending geschiedt per TNT Post, tenzij anders is afgesproken. Bij uw bestelling kunt u
uiteraard zelf zeggen op welke manier u de bestelling wilt ontvangen
