Our aim is customer satisfaction. If you send us an e-mail and we don't respond within 2 days, please resend as it probably got lost in cyberspace.
If on a visit to our beautiful Mother City you're welcome to pop in for a cuppa. Just call us beforehand as we are homebased.

We ship your order surface mail by default. All other methods of shipping are quoted for on request. Items are firstly covered in brown paper, then it is wrapped in bubblewrap and securely encased in a corrugated cardboard casing, which in turn is then covered in a final layer of brown paper wrapping.
